Town and Country Assisted Living is a new family owned and operated facility that was purchased in 2019. After purchase, we did a full renovation on the building that was completed in March of 2020. We received our state license and opened our doors in April 2020. We are devoted to providing a loving, supportive environment for our residents and their families. We provide 24-hour assistance, 7 days a week, in a 6 bed home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

The home sits on 1.5 Acres of fully fenced property surrounded by oak trees and nature. The home has tastefully furnished common areas including a living room, kitchen, dining room, office, hobby room, and each bedroom is single occupancy with its own private bathroom. Some rooms also include private screened in back porches for residents to enjoy.
